The reminder emails are what sold me, they tell you when your next box is due and it actually ships on time. Used to forget and end up wearing glasses for a week. Easy to change the delivery date if you're going away. Five minutes to set up and it's been running smoothly since.
Read moreBought the toric lenses for astigmatism and the box turned up fine but the wrong power was in the order, so I had to message them. The reply came after two days and they sorted a replacement quickly enough. Annoying but not a disaster. Just check the order summary before you confirm.
Read moreMy prescription ran out and I needed the lenses sorted before my next check. I'd been buying from them for years, so I just logged in and renewed the order. The renewal went through without any fuss and the box came within a few days, same as always. Nothing I'd change really, it's just reliable and I'm not having to go back to the optician every few months to fight about it.
Read moreI'd say the price is fair for daily lenses, though a little dearer than the supermarket brand. The site is simple enough to use and the order was dispatched promptly. Would be happy to keep buying from them.
Been ordering my daily contact lenses from them for about three years now and the refills still turn up when they should. I'd forgotten to reorder once and the account page let me sort it in a couple of minutes. Pricier than the cheapest place I've found but I'd rather not run out.
