Compared with buying from my optician, the lenses here cost noticeably less, which I appreciate. I did find the reply to my query about the prescription took three days, which was longer than I'd have liked. The order itself arrived as expected and the packaging was tidy. On balance I think I'll keep ordering from them, though I hope the response time improves.
