Chuza

Our old fridge freezer packed in on a Sunday so I needed something delivered quickly. I looked at a few places before settling on Chuza because the delivery dates were clearer. The checkout was easy enough and the order arrived when they said it would.

Ordered the lamp from my phone during my lunch break, took about two minutes. Arrived the next day which was great. The only thing is the app kept asking me to log in again. Otherwise it did the job and I'd order from them again.

I bought the kettle they had on offer and it has been perfectly good so far. The site was a little slow to load on my laptop, though it was fine on my phone. Delivery was on time and the box was well packed. A nice enough experience.

I was rather pleased that the labels on the packaging were clear and easy to read, which made unpacking the items quite simple. The order was carefully wrapped and arrived well within the time they quoted. I found the customer service staff polite and helpful when I rang with a question about sizing.

We needed a cheap bed for the spare room as my mum was coming to stay. Found what we wanted at a good price and it came flat packed and easy to put together. Good value for what we paid.

Got the air fryer from them and it is honestly sound. Cooks chips properly and cleans up easy enough. Ordered on a Thursday and it was on my doorstep Saturday morning, which was quick. Haven't had a single issue yet, been using it most nights.

I have been ordering from them for about six years now. Compared with the big supermarket website I used before, the prices here are a little higher on most things. The service has gone downhill a bit lately though, my last query took four days to get a reply.

Compared three sites before choosing this one and the price here was the lowest for the model I wanted. The site made it easy to filter by what I needed. Ordered on a Monday and it arrived on the Wednesday. Happy with it so far, will be back.

Decent enough, but nothing special. The price was a bit above what I found elsewhere for the same thing. Delivery was fine and the box arrived undamaged. I'd probably shop around first next time.

Honestly the bundle deal was what got me, it was way cheaper than buying the bits separately. Delivery took a bit longer than the estimate but it turned up in one piece. Only thing is the checkout kept logging me out halfway through, which was annoying. Would still order again though.
