Ordered the lamp from my phone during my lunch break, took about two minutes. Arrived the next day which was great. The only thing is the app kept asking me to log in again. Otherwise it did the job and I'd order from them again.
Read moreI have been ordering from them for about six years now. Compared with the big supermarket website I used before, the prices here are a little higher on most things. The service has gone downhill a bit lately though, my last query took four days to get a reply.

The order was carefully wrapped and arrived well within the time they quoted. I found the customer service staff polite and helpful when I rang with a question about sizing.
Read moreHonestly the bundle deal was what got me, it was way cheaper than buying the bits separately. Delivery took a bit longer than the estimate but it turned up in one piece. Only thing is the checkout kept logging me out halfway through, which was annoying. Would still order again though.
