My old one had finally given up so I needed a replacement quickly. I'd used this kind of thing a few times before so knew what to look for. Ordered the right spec, it turned up in two days and fitted without any fuss. Exactly what I was after.

Been using them for years now, so I know their set up pretty well by this point. The photos came through quicker than usual this time, which was a nice surprise. The price has crept up a bit since last year though, and I noticed the delivery email came in a bit late. Still better than trudging to the chemist, and I'd carry on using them.

Compared with the other firm I normally use, this was quicker to get going. The form asked fewer questions and I got a decision the same day. The money reached my account the next morning, which I was pleased with. Only niggle was the app kept logging me out halfway through.

I'd never used them before so I was a bit unsure. The sign up took about five minutes and the instructions were easy to follow. Everything arrived when it was meant to and the support chat answered my question within a few minutes. Glad I gave them a go.

Booked the mini tour for me and my mates for a Saturday. Easy to pick a time on the app, paid straight away, and the guide was dead friendly. Nothing to moan about, we had a proper laugh and would do it again.

Honestly it's a fair service for the money, the booking and the actual visit both went as they should. Where it fell down was getting a refund sorted after I cancelled. It took the best part of a week to hear back from anyone and I had to chase twice. Prices are a bit on the high side compared to others I've looked at.

Needed a new passport photo sorted fast for a trip on Friday and this was the first thing that came up. Booked on my phone during my lunch break, uploaded the picture from my camera roll and had confirmation within minutes. Sent it off the same day and it came back before I'd even packed. Really good, will use again.

Bought the basic bundle to see if it was worth it. For what you get it's fine, and it did what it said. The problem is it's dearer than the alternatives I found, and the add-ons they push at checkout add up quickly. I'd probably look elsewhere next time unless there's a sale on.

Compared with the chemist down the road, this was a good deal simpler to sort out from home. The booking was clear and I didn't have to queue. The only small thing was that the confirmation email took a little while to arrive, but it did come through and everything went smoothly after that.
