Did the bit with the fast delivery on the app and they seemed to take a while to pick it up. Took nearly a week to arrive, got an update to say it had been delayed without much explanation. Item was okay when it turned up but I wouldn't rush to order again.

I bought the cordless hoover after looking at a couple of well known brands and reading the reviews on a few forums. The price was lower than the big names and it arrived well packed in two days. It works well on the carpet and the battery lasts long enough for the whole flat. Happy with it.
