I bought the cordless hoover after looking at a couple of well known brands and reading the reviews on a few forums. The price was lower than the big names and it arrived well packed in two days. It works well on the carpet and the battery lasts long enough for the whole flat. Happy with it.

This was my first time ordering from them, and I went for the kitchen set I'd seen recommended in a magazine. The site was easy to navigate and the checkout took a few minutes. I was a bit nervous about paying up front but the confirmation came through straight away. The set arrived in four days with everything in it, and the pans are heavier than I expected, which I like. Haven't used the knives yet but they look sharp.

Ordered a set of garden planters and they turned up fine, nothing damaged. Price was a bit higher than I'd seen on a couple of other sites, though not much. The order confirmation came through right away and checkout was simple. They did say it would be two to three days and it was a bit over that, which was the only annoyance.

I had a look at the high street shop before ordering, but I thought I would try this site as it seemed a little cheaper. The product was slightly smaller than I had imagined from the photographs, though it does the job I need it for. Delivery was prompt and the carrier was polite when they knocked. I would have liked a clearer description of the dimensions before I paid.

My old kettle packed up after years of use so I needed a replacement quickly. I compared a few options online first, and this one was the cheapest with the same features. Ordered on a Monday and it turned up on Wednesday. Works perfectly.

Compared it with the other site I usually use and this was quicker to check out, saved me about three clicks. Tracking updates came through on the app which is handy. Only thing is the packaging was a bit flimsy so one corner was dented, but it's fine.

Really easy to use on my phone, checkout took me under five minutes between lectures. Got a pair of trainers I'd been looking at for ages. Arrived quicker than expected. Only thing is the size guide is a bit vague so I sized up, but the returns form was easy.
