Got the desk lamp for my room, arrived in two days, works fine. Plugged it in, did the job. Easy checkout, didn't have to make an account. Happy with it.

Ok but not the cheapest
I looked at three other sites first for a cordless drill charger and this one wasn't the cheapest. The charger itself was the right model though. It took a while to arrive, about six days, and the tracking didn't update for two of them, which was a bit annoying. Once it turned up the product was fine and returns would probably be a faff if needed, but I haven't had to find out.

Needed a replacement fuse holder
My old one cracked and the replacement I needed was a fiddly little part that most places don't stock, so I was glad to find it here. I know the trade side pretty well and the spec matched what I needed. Ordering was straightforward and it came through in a couple of working days. The only thing is the price was a touch higher than a specialist supplier, but it saved me a trip.

The cushion covers are gorgeous
The colour is way nicer than the photos, really soft velvet. Came in a proper box with tissue paper, which was a nice touch. Delivery was quick, got it the next day. Would buy again x

A lovely purchase for my sister
I'm pleased to say the gift I chose for my sister's birthday was exactly right. The paper and ribbon were lovely and it arrived well ahead of the date I needed. The order process was quite easy and the confirmation email was clear. I'd certainly return to them for future gifts, and thank you for a pleasant experience.
Been using them for years
I've been ordering from them for about eight years now and the stuff I always buy, printer ink and paper, still turns up quickly. What stands out most is how they've kept the same easy checkout and I can still reorder a previous basket in seconds. Haven't had a bad experience yet.
Better than the supermarket version
Compared with the supermarket own brand, these bed sheets are a lot softer for not much more money. Ordered on a Sunday and they arrived Wednesday. Good value for what you get, I'd happily buy them again.
