bought the desk lamp
Got the desk lamp for my room, arrived in two days, works fine. Plugged it in, did the job. Easy checkout, didn't have to make an account. Happy with it.

Ok but not the cheapest
I looked at three other sites first for a cordless drill charger and this one wasn't the cheapest. The charger itself was the right model though. It took a while to arrive, about six days, and the tracking didn't update for two of them, which was a bit annoying. Once it turned up the product was fine and returns would probably be a faff if needed, but I haven't had to find out.

Needed a replacement fuse holder
My old one cracked and the replacement I needed was a fiddly little part that most places don't stock, so I was glad to find it here. I know the trade side pretty well and the spec matched what I needed. Ordering was straightforward and it came through in a couple of working days. The only thing is the price was a touch higher than a specialist supplier, but it saved me a trip.

would order again
I would order from them again without hesitation. I bought a set of garden planters and they were well packed and arrived in good order. The checkout was clear and I was able to follow it without any bother, though I did have to ring once about a delayed item, and they called back the same day.
Cheaper than the high street and no faff
Compared it with the big high street chain for the same kitchen bin and it was a fair bit cheaper here, so I went with it. Ordered on a Tuesday evening and it turned up the Friday, which was fine. Only niggle is the delivery window was a bit wide and I had to wait in for most of the afternoon, but the price more than made up for it.
