Ok but not the cheapest
I looked at three other sites first for a cordless drill charger and this one wasn't the cheapest. The charger itself was the right model though. It took a while to arrive, about six days, and the tracking didn't update for two of them, which was a bit annoying. Once it turned up the product was fine and returns would probably be a faff if needed, but I haven't had to find out.

Needed a replacement fuse holder
My old one cracked and the replacement I needed was a fiddly little part that most places don't stock, so I was glad to find it here. I know the trade side pretty well and the spec matched what I needed. Ordering was straightforward and it came through in a couple of working days. The only thing is the price was a touch higher than a specialist supplier, but it saved me a trip.

needed a new kettle for the holiday let
I needed a kettle quickly for a holiday cottage my daughter rents out, so I ordered one here. Checkout asked me to create an account before I could pay, which I didn't expect and found a little tiresome. The kettle itself was as described and arrived in good time. I'd have liked a clearer note about the account step before I started.
