I needed a present for my granddaughter's birthday and I've been shopping with this site for years. The selection is usually good, though this time the item I wanted was out of stock in the size I needed. Customer service took a few days to reply to my email, which I found slow. Once it arrived the gift was fine.

Quick note while I'm on the bus. Ordered a set of gym gear on the app and the checkout was easy enough. Delivery took longer than the estimate, about a week and a bit, which was annoying. Stuff itself is fine and the price was good.
