I needed a dress for a wedding at short notice and didn't have time to trawl the high street. I compared a few sites first, including the big department store ones, and this one had the best mix of designer labels at a sensible price. The filters made it quick to find my size and the checkout was painless. The dress arrived well ahead of the date and fitted nicely, so I'm pleased I went with them.

The jumper I ordered was a bit thinner than I expected from the picture too. I did find a similar one elsewhere for a few pounds less, so I wouldn't rush back for everyday buys. Returning it was fiddly as well, since I had to print a label.

The colour is a little deeper than the photo, but I rather like it. I did find the returns page a bit fiddly to follow, though I've not had to use it yet. Would happily order from them again, I think.
