Boots Appliances

Compared with the one I had from the big chain, this is a much better machine for the price and the water usage is clearly lower. I've been a customer for years and this is the third thing I've bought here. Delivery was on time and the driver was polite.

Really pleased with how it all went, the site was easy to find my way round and the customer team answered my question the same afternoon. Good price too. Would use them again.

The first thing I noticed was how quick the account set up was, took about two minutes and I didn't have to ring anyone. Order arrived later than the window they gave me though, nearly two days past it, and I had to chase it through the site. Not the end of the world but I'd have liked a text when it was dispatched.

We needed a microwave for the new place because the old one stayed behind with the previous tenants. Found this one after a quick search and the price was good. Setup was simple, we use it every day now and it has held up well. Nothing to complain about.

Compared to the big electrical chain down the road, this was about a third less and the delivery slot was actually the day I picked. Got a dishwasher which I was worried about but it has been fine so far. Pretty sure I will check here first next time.

We needed a new fridge freezer after the old one packed in and the family was starting to panic about the food. Looked at three or four places before ordering here. The fridge works fine and the price was reasonable. The delivery driver left it on the doorstep rather than bringing it in, which annoyed me a bit.

Got the air fryer basket model for my flat and it's honestly really handy. Cooks chips way better than the oven. Only thing is the delivery box was a bit battered when it came but the fryer itself was fine. Would buy again.

We needed a cooker hood fast because the landlord had only just sorted the kitchen and the old one was rubbish. Found a decent one on the site for well under what the shops were asking, ordered on the Tuesday and it turned up on the Thursday. Fitted it myself in an afternoon. Does the job and the price was hard to argue with.

I bought the stand mixer for my daughter's wedding cake baking, which I had been putting off for some months. The site was clear about what came in the box and the whole thing arrived well wrapped. I have used it three times now and it has not once struggled with the heavier mixtures. Thoroughly pleased, and I shall certainly order from them again.

The checkout was quick and I got the coffee grinder ordered in under five minutes on my phone. Went to return it because the grind setting was off and the returns form kept timing out, so I had to ring them. Sorted in the end but it took a few goes.

Compared with the same brand sold in the big shops, this came out a fair bit cheaper, and the spec sheet was more detailed than what I found elsewhere. Bought a set of kitchen scales and a food processor together to save on postage. Both are working well and I have no complaints about the money.

Honestly a good kettle for the money, boils quick and the lid is easy to clean. Delivery took a bit longer than the site said, about four days instead of two, and I had no update until I emailed. Not a huge deal but worth knowing if you need it by a set date. Would get it again.

Great experience, booked the delivery slot on the app in about a minute while waiting for the bus. Arrived on the day, driver was polite. Would use them again for sure.

I had compared a few places before settling on this toaster and the photos looked well enough. In practice the finish looked cheaper than shown and one of the slots was off-centre out of the box. The site were fair about a return but the label they sent was a hassle to print and sort. I doubt I shall be back.

Compared with the version I had from the big chain years ago, this is sturdier and the bowl locks in properly, which I always found fiddly before. Been ordering from here for a long while now and the service has stayed consistent. It was a lovely buy, and the arrival was on the date given. I'm glad I went back to them for the replacement.

I needed a new iron because the old one had begun to leak onto my good linen. The site made it simple to choose one and the checkout was not at all fiddly. It arrived quickly and the iron is very well made. I am thoroughly content with the purchase and would happily order from here again.

I have bought the washing machine parts and two small appliances from them over the last few years and the cooker hob was the same story. Ordered the spare seal kit for my old machine and it arrived in good time with the right fittings. Everything went as expected, which is exactly what I want from a supplier like this.

The charcoal filter on the cooker hood is the thing I was worried about and it's a proper one, not a cheap cardboard insert. Fitted it myself in an afternoon following the diagram and it's been quiet and pulls the smell out of the kitchen properly. Will be buying the replacement filters from them when the time comes.

Honestly the best bit was the app, you pick your slot and it just works, no faff. Got a confirmation straight away and the thing turned up when it said it would. Easy.

Before I picked the toaster I looked at a few places, and the photos on here were fine but not brilliant so I wasn't sure. It arrived in two days, which was quicker than I expected, and it does a decent job on bread. The only niggle is the crumb tray is a bit fiddly to slide back in, but otherwise no complaints.
