Compared with the one I had from the big chain, this is a much better machine for the price and the water usage is clearly lower. I've been a customer for years and this is the third thing I've bought here. Delivery was on time and the driver was polite.

In practice the finish looked cheaper than shown and one of the slots was off-centre out of the box. The site were fair about a return but the label they sent was a hassle to print and sort. I doubt I shall be back.
