Ordered a pack of laminate flooring, enough for two bedrooms. The boards are a decent thickness and the locking edges clicked together fine. My issue was the delivery, the pallet came on a day they hadn't told me and the driver wouldn't leave it at the side of the house. The packs also said a different batch number from the one I'd bought so I had to check the boards matched before laying. Not a disaster but annoying.

I used to go into town for a good woollen cardigan but this was much easier from home and the range was wider than the shop had. The cardigan I chose is soft and warm, exactly as described. Everything arrived beautifully wrapped and I was pleased to have it sorted in a few days.

Needed a last minute present for my mum's birthday so ordered on the Thursday. It turned up on the Saturday which was fine. Box was a bit squashed at one corner but the gift was ok.

I needed a replacement drill battery as my old one had finally given up. I've been buying from them for over ten years now and they've always been reliable. The battery came next day and fitted straight away. Very happy customer.

I ordered a set of cotton bed sheets from them in March and they arrived nearly two weeks after the date they gave me. The sheets themselves are nice enough and the colour is as pictured. I did ring customer services to ask where they were and the lady was polite but it took three days to get a reply to my email. Not quite what I was hoping for.

Really quick and easy, ordered a bit of bedding on my phone during lunch and it turned up the next day. Checkout was simple and no weird extra charges popped up at the end. Pretty happy with it honestly.

The size guide on the product pages is the first thing I noticed, it had actual measurements in centimetres for each item rather than just small medium large. I measured myself against it and the dress fitted nearly perfectly when it arrived. Returns were easy too, I printed the label from the account page and dropped it at the post office. Really pleased with how it all went.

The checkout had a clear breakdown of fees before I paid, which I liked. Looked at two other places first and this was a bit dearer, but the booking itself went smoothly and I got a confirmation straight away.

I'd say this is a good place to buy kitchen towels and the like, and the prices are fair for what you get. The checkout was straightforward and I had no bother with the payment. The parcel came well packed within three working days. I'd happily order from them again.
