I used to go into town for a good woollen cardigan but this was much easier from home and the range was wider than the shop had. The cardigan I chose is soft and warm, exactly as described. Everything arrived beautifully wrapped and I was pleased to have it sorted in a few days.

I did ring customer services to ask where they were and the lady was polite but it took three days to get a reply to my email. Not quite what I was hoping for.
