Bath Shack

What struck me most was how clearly the sizing was laid out on the page for the bath panels. I was a little worried about getting the measurements wrong, but they were spot on. I'm grateful for the care taken over it, and I'd happily order from them again.

Ordered here instead of the other place I usually use, and the checkout was way quicker on my phone. Got a shower head and a bit of tiling sealant, all arrived fine. Would use again.

Went with them in the end after looking at a few other bathroom sites, mainly for a shower caddy and a new bath mat. The price was a bit higher than some of the others so I did hesitate. Delivery was fine though and the items arrived in good nick.

Honestly, the heated mirror is lovely and I'd buy from them again without a second thought. The defogger works properly after a hot shower and the lights are a nice soft white. Delivery was quick and the box was well packed, nothing rattled about inside. I rang once with a question and the lady on the phone was patient and helpful, which I appreciated at my age.

Compared this with the big chain stores before ordering and this was noticeably cheaper for the same ceramic wall tiles. The ordering was simple enough, though the search filters could be a bit more useful. Delivery came a day later than the estimate, nothing major. Happy with it.

I have been a customer for years now, mainly for towels and bath mats, and I came back when we redid the ensuite. I needed matching bath mats and a new bath panel that would fit our old bath. The panel was a touch longer than the measurements suggested, so I had to trim the end. Otherwise it arrived quickly and the mats are as soft as always.

We needed a new heated towel rail after a leak upstairs damaged the old one, and the insurance people wanted it sorted quickly. I ordered on a Monday and it came the following Thursday, which was reasonable. The only niggle was that the confirmation email went to my spam folder, so I thought nothing had happened for a day. Once it arrived it looked just like the photos and the fitting was straightforward. I'd order from them again.

I picked up my usual bath towels in the cream shade, the ones I've bought from them for ages. They are still thick and absorbent after plenty of washes. Delivery was spot on, arriving the day they said it would. I've never had a problem with them and I don't expect to.
