Honestly, the heated mirror is lovely and I'd buy from them again without a second thought. The defogger works properly after a hot shower and the lights are a nice soft white. Delivery was quick and the box was well packed, nothing rattled about inside. I rang once with a question and the lady on the phone was patient and helpful, which I appreciated at my age.
