I've bought the same bedside lamp bulbs from them for about four years now, and they've never once let me down. Last month I reordered on a Tuesday night and they were on the doormat Thursday morning. The site remembers my address and my old orders so it's quick, which suits me fine. Prices have crept up a bit but not so you'd notice. Still my first port of call.

Compared with buying the same garden hose at the garden centre, it was about a third cheaper once postage was added. I'm on a budget so that counted for a lot. The problem was I had a question about the fittings and it took four days to get a reply from their support email. The hose itself was fine. Would think twice if I needed help quickly.

I've been buying cast iron pans for years and this was the first time I found the exact weight and handle length I wanted. The description was spot on and the pan looks just like the photos. Packed well, nothing rattled about. Ordered a second one for my daughter.

The part itself was right and fitted first time. But the messages about the dispatch date were vague and I had to chase them once. Fair enough in the end.

They arrived in a flat bag inside a box, nothing damaged, and the ink has lasted well. The site asks you to confirm the printer model which saved me from ordering the wrong ones. Good value for a household that prints a lot.

Ordered a set of kitchen scales off my phone on the bus and it arrived two days later, which is fine. The only thing that bugged me was the confirmation email took ages to come through, so I wondered if the order had gone in. It had, the tracking link was just slow to update. Would be happier if the emails were faster but it's not a big deal, I'd order again.

I needed a birthday present fast for my sister and the local shops had nothing. The gift wrapping option was useful and the card came with a handwritten message option. Checked a couple of other sites first and this was a few quid cheaper for the same brand. It took three days which was fine. The only niggle is that the gift message box had a character limit I didn't spot until I had typed a long one.

Compared to the supermarket delivery slot system, booking here was far less of a nightmare, I got a slot in the first screen I looked at. The box was a bit squashed on one corner but the contents were all fine. Prices are similar to the supermarket for most things. I've been using them for almost two years and it has stayed consistent.
