I've bought the same bedside lamp bulbs from them for about four years now, and they've never once let me down. Last month I reordered on a Tuesday night and they were on the doormat Thursday morning. The site remembers my address and my old orders so it's quick, which suits me fine. Prices have crept up a bit but not so you'd notice. Still my first port of call.
Read moreWe needed a replacement pump for an old combi boiler and the local merchant wanted a fortnight to source it. Found it here and it was a bit more than the high street shop, which annoyed me a bit. The part itself was right and fitted first time. But the messages about the dispatch date were vague and I had to chase them once. Fair enough in the end.
Read moreI needed a birthday present fast for my sister and the local shops had nothing. The gift wrapping option was useful and the card came with a handwritten message option. Checked a couple of other sites first and this was a few quid cheaper for the same brand. It took three days which was fine. I've been buying cast iron pans for years and this was the first time I found the exact weight and handle length I wanted. The description was spot on and the pan looks just like the photos. Packed well, nothing rattled about. Ordered a second one for my daughter.
I checked three other sites before settling on this one, and it was the only one where the sizing chart actually matched what arrived. The checkout was quick and the price was the lowest of the bunch once delivery was added. Took two days. Nothing to complain about.
Would order again, the whole thing took about ten minutes from start to finish. I'd been putting it off because I assumed signing up would be a faff but it asked for the bare minimum and I was done. The confirmation came through straight away and the order turned up when they said it would, which is more than I can say for some places. Happy with it.
I bought the twelve pack of printer ink cartridges because it worked out cheapest per page of anything I could find. They arrived in a flat bag inside a box, nothing damaged, and the ink has lasted well. The site asks you to confirm the printer model which saved me from ordering the wrong ones. Good value for a household that prints a lot.
