I've been playing for about thirty years so I know my way around a restringing machine and tension specs. The range of strings is good and the descriptions are accurate about gauge and feel. I did email them about a multifilament I couldn't find and the reply took four days, which was slow for a simple question. The price is fair for what it is.

Compared with the pro shop at my club, this site is much easier to browse and the prices are noticeably lower on the same racquet grips. I've been ordering from them for about eight years now, mostly string and the odd pair of wristbands. The one time an order went astray they sorted it out with a phone call. Happy to keep using them.

Ordered a tennis skirt and a pair of shorts from the site last month and the sizing chart said I was a medium but the skirt came up quite snug in the waist. Had to go up a size for the shorts too which wasn't ideal. Delivery was fine, arrived in three days and tracking worked. Would have liked a size guide with actual measurements rather than just small, medium, large.

I bought a bag and a pair of shorts and the total came in cheaper than buying them separately from the usual shops. The bag arrived a day early. When one thing was too small I sent it back and the refund cleared within the week, which was painless.

Really good, bought a hoodie for the weekend and it turned up in two days. Sizing was spot on and it looks just like the pictures. Checkout was smooth. Would get stuff from here again no bother.

I had the same string open on three different sites before I picked this one. What stood out was the free shipping threshold being lower than the others, so my order qualified without adding filler. Arrived in a day and a half. Nothing I'd change.

Bought a headband and it was exactly what I wanted, arrived really fast, super happy with it. The colour is a bit brighter than in the photo but I love it anyway. Will be back for more.

I've bought the same pack of towelling wristbands from here about four times now. They hold up through a full season of practice and wash well at forty degrees. Delivery has always been quick and the packaging is no-nonsense. Can't fault them for what I use them for.

Needed a replacement grip before a match on Saturday and my old one had gone completely smooth. Ordered it at lunchtime from my phone. It came the next morning, which was great, though the grip itself was a little thinner than I expected.

Compared to the big general sports sites this was a few quid more for the same overgrip, which I didn't love. The order did arrive in three days though. First time buying from them so I'll see how the next one goes.
