I did email them about a multifilament I couldn't find and the reply took four days, which was slow for a simple question. The price is fair for what it is.

Had to go up a size for the shorts too which wasn't ideal. Delivery was fine, arrived in three days and tracking worked. Would have liked a size guide with actual measurements rather than just small, medium, large.

Compared to the big general sports sites this was a few quid more for the same overgrip, which I didn't love. The order did arrive in three days though. First time buying from them so I'll see how the next one goes.
