The thing that stood out most was how easy it was to track the order, the email updates came at each stage and the parcel turned up the day they said. Got these trainers and they're basically the same as the big brand ones but about half the price. Look good with jeans. Bit stiff for the first few days but they've loosened up. Would get them again.
Compared to the big high street shops this was way cheaper for a similar hoodie. Fabric is thinner than I thought though, feels a bit flimsy after one wash. Delivery was fine. Wouldn't say it's a rip off but you do get what you pay for.

The size guide was the first thing I noticed, it had actual measurements next to each size which I've never seen on a UK site before. Ordered a medium jumper and it fitted well across the shoulders. Took about five working days to get to me. Happy to order again.
I'm afraid the reading lamp took rather longer to arrive than I'd been told, nearly two weeks. The lamp itself is exactly as pictured and the adjustable arm is very sturdy. The customer service email did reply within a day, which I appreciated. I'd order from them again.
