Looked at a few other sites before picking these, mainly because the price was lower and the checkout was quick with no account needed. The thing that stood out most was how easy it was to track the order, the email updates came at each stage and the parcel turned up the day they said. Would happily use them again for a basic buy like this.

I'm afraid the reading lamp took rather longer to arrive than I'd been told, nearly two weeks. The lamp itself is exactly as pictured and the adjustable arm is very sturdy. The customer service email did reply within a day, which I appreciated. I'd order from them again.
