Honestly the easiest order I've done online in ages. Found the cushion I wanted, paid, and it turned up two days later with no fuss. Would order again, the app is handy too.

Been ordering from them for years and it's still my go to when I want something a bit different for the house. The site is easy enough to use once you know where things are, and the stock changes often enough that I always find something new. Prices are a touch higher than the big chains but the quality usually makes up for it.

Got the oak sideboard last spring and it arrived in one piece, which I wasn't expecting from a big flat pack thing. The joints are solid, the drawers run smoothly and it looks much better in person than in the photos. I've since ordered a small bedside table from them too and it's just as good.

I bought a rug here after checking three other places first. It was cheaper than the high street shops and the colour was nice. When it arrived the pile was flatter than the photo suggested, and I had to chase the customer service team by email, which took about four days to get a reply. Rug's okay but I'd think twice.

My sister's birthday was on the Saturday and I'd forgotten all about it. Found a decent candle set on the site, ordered on the Thursday night and it turned up Friday morning. Really pleased, saved me.

Once I'd sorted that it's lovely, the cable is a good length and the shade is sturdier than I expected. Delivery took a few days longer than the site said but it came wrapped properly. Would be nice if they flagged bulb types on the listing.
