The customer reviews on the lamp are what made me pick it over the other two I looked at. I compared a couple of other shops first, and this one was a fair bit more than the cheapest option. The lamp itself is fine but the shade is thinner than I expected, and returning it meant printing a label and queuing at the post office.

Lamp bulb was the wrong fitting
Found the lamp I wanted and the photos looked spot on, but the description didn't mention the bulb fitting so I had to go hunting for one locally. Once I'd sorted that it's lovely, the cable is a good length and the shade is sturdier than I expected. Delivery took a few days longer than the site said but it came wrapped properly. Would be nice if they flagged bulb types on the listing.

Bought the oak sideboard and it's brilliant
Got the oak sideboard last spring and it arrived in one piece, which I wasn't expecting from a big flat pack thing. The joints are solid, the drawers run smoothly and it looks much better in person than in the photos. I've since ordered a small bedside table from them too and it's just as good.
Needed a gift in a hurry
My sister's birthday was on the Saturday and I'd forgotten all about it. Found a decent candle set on the site, ordered on the Thursday night and it turned up Friday morning. Really pleased, saved me.

Exactly what we needed for the spare room
We needed a proper bed frame for the spare room when my son started visiting more often, and I was rather dreading the whole business of choosing one. The site made the sizes very clear and the frame arrived with everything we needed. It went together without much bother and we're very pleased with it.
nicer than the big chain
I went to the big chain first for a throw and it was twice the price for something flimsier. This was a fraction of the cost and it feels much softer and warmer. It came quickly and the packaging was tidy. Really happy with my first order here.

Honestly way better than the other site I usually use for this stuff, the checkout is so much quicker. Got my cushions and they look just like the pictures. Would get again.
