Aerolite

I compared these to the case I had from a well known retailer and this one feels much flimsier when you lift it. The shell has a dent already and the zip on the front pocket keeps catching. I was also charged for delivery at checkout which I wasn't expecting, so it ended up costing more than I thought. Disappointed really.

The verdict is that this is a very good suitcase for the money. I needed something sturdy for my son's wedding abroad and it has coped well with three flights. The wheels turn easily and the telescopic handle is firm. I found the order process clear and the case was delivered promptly, so I am happy to recommend the company to my friends.

Good value for a hard shell suitcase, and it's noticeably cheaper than the big high street names for something very similar. Checkout was quick and I liked that delivery was included. The handle feels a touch thin but it has held up on two flights so far, and I would order from them again.

I have bought from them three times now and this was the carry on I picked up for the spring. The telescopic handle has been smooth every time and the compartments inside are laid out sensibly. Ordering was quick with saved details and the case turned up in two days, which is about what I expect from them by now.

honestly the wheels are the best bit, they spin so smooth even on uneven pavement. ordered on a Friday and it turned up Monday. bag is light too which is class for uni trips. would get another

Compared it to the cheap one I bought in a supermarket last year which broke on the first trip. This one is a lot sturdier and the zips feel decent. Only niggle is the return label took a bit of finding in the email, but ordering was simple and it arrived in three days.

I needed a proper cabin bag for a work trip to Edinburgh and my old one had split along the zip. Had never bought luggage online before so I was nervous, but the site made it easy to compare sizes and the bag arrived well packed and looks just like the photos. Happy with it so far.

The detail that stood out to me was the combination lock built into the front zip, which I hadn't expected at this price. It is quite easy to set and I feel reassured using it on the train. Delivery took a few days longer than the site suggested, but the case was in good order when it arrived and I have no complaints about the quality.

Bought the medium case for a week in Spain. It did the job but the lining is quite thin and one of the internal straps was already loose when it came. Delivery was fine, but I had to message them to ask about a replacement strap and it took two days to get a reply.

I needed a lightweight case for my sister's wedding in the Lake District and didn't want to lug my heavy old one on the train. The order was straightforward and the case arrived well before I expected. It has held up beautifully over two weekends of use and I'm very pleased with it, honestly the handle extends smoothly and the lining is neat. I'd happily order from them again.
