The detail that stood out to me was the combination lock built into the front zip, which I hadn't expected at this price. It is quite easy to set and I feel reassured using it on the train. Delivery took a few days longer than the site suggested, but the case was in good order when it arrived and I have no complaints about the quality.
Read moreI compared these to the case I had from a well known retailer and this one feels much flimsier when you lift it. The shell has a dent already and the zip on the front pocket keeps catching. I was also charged for delivery at checkout which I wasn't expecting, so it ended up costing more than I thought. Disappointed really.
Read moreI needed a lightweight case for my sister's wedding in the Lake District and didn't want to lug my heavy old one on the train. The order was straightforward and the case arrived well before I expected. It has held up beautifully over two weekends of use and I'm very pleased with it, honestly the handle extends smoothly and the lining is neat. I'd happily order from them again.
Read moreBought the medium case for a week in Spain. It did the job but the lining is quite thin and one of the internal straps was already loose when it came. Delivery was fine, but I had to message them to ask about a replacement strap and it took two days to get a reply.
