Compared it with my old provider and this was about a fifth cheaper for the same level of cover on my car. I've been a customer for a few years now and the renewals have always been fair. Cover and excess are easy to find on the site without ringing anyone.
Read moreThe verdict on the cover itself is fine, as I've been insuring commercial vehicles for years and know what to look for. My one complaint is the claim on my van took over a month to get through, with lots of repeated requests for the same photos. Premium is competitive for a fleet of two, and the policy wording is clearer than most.
Read moreI added my son to my car policy when he passed his test, which is the bit I was dreading. The site walked me through the questions about his experience and the extra cost showed up before I paid anything. He's on it now and the total went up less than I expected. Documents came through by email within the hour, and I've since printed them out for the glovebox.
Read moreI compared this against my previous insurer, which had been cheaper for years, and this came out a fair bit higher on the first quote. The cover seems comparable, and the documents were sent promptly. I'd probably still go with them given the claims handling I've seen from friends.
Been with them since my first car, so going on fifteen years now. The price creeps up each renewal but not by much, and I've never been stung with a nasty surprise. Claims have been handled fairly each time, including the time someone reversed into my wing in a car park. Only gripe is the app is a bit clunky for changing details, so I usually phone instead.
Of the three I looked at, this one gave the clearest breakdown of what was covered and what wasn't. It was a touch more than the cheapest option though. Documents arrived quickly.
