I bought the standard bike cover with the theft add-on for my road bike. Compared it against two other quotes and this one won on the coverage for the price. The policy schedule came through quickly and everything I needed was in it.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was how plain the sign up page was, which I did appreciate after some of the others I looked at. Getting the policy started did take longer than I expected, as I had to send over a copy of my receipt twice before it was accepted. Once that was sorted the cover itself has been perfectly fine, and the price is about what I'd expect for a bike of this age.
Read moreCompared it with the policy my bank was pushing and this was a fair bit better value for what you actually get. I've had the cover on my touring bike for three years now and the renewal reminder came through a month early with no fuss. When I did have to change the address on it the app let me do it in two minutes without ringing anyone. Nothing I'd change.

The policy is clear and it does exactly what it says it will do. I took out cover for my touring bike and found the process straightforward, with the documents arriving by email within minutes. When I had a small claim the team were courteous and kept me informed at each stage, which I appreciated greatly.
Signed up on the app in the queue at the chip shop, took about four minutes, the bike details auto filled off the serial number which was clever. Got the cover note straight away and the policy docs landed in my inbox before I'd even got home. Only thing is the app kept logging me out so I had to redo the photo upload once.

We needed cover for the bike after the old policy lapsed and I was worried about getting a decent price again. Been with Sundays for years now and every renewal has been fair, and when I rang about adding my son as a named rider they sorted it in one call. Renewal reminders come on time and the cover has never been a problem when I've needed it.
What got me was how quickly my claim got sorted when my bike was taken from outside a café. Filled in the form on my phone and they got back to me the next working day. The money went into my account not long after, which I wasn't expecting so soon.
I bought the add-on that covers wheels and components on my gravel bike. Most policies I looked at excluded anything fitted after purchase, so this stood out. The schedule shows each item and the cover has been reliable so far.
Compared to the other sites I tried this was way quicker to get through and the price was lower too. Got my e-scooter sorted in one go, no faff. Would use again.
Before this I had a quote from a well-known brand that excluded theft from unlocked sheds, which was a dealbreaker for me. This policy covered the same setup for a similar price. Taking out cover took about fifteen minutes and the documents arrived immediately.
I bought the accessory add-on for my carbon wheels and a Garmin mount, which many policies don't cover properly. The schedule listed each item with its value and the cover kicked in straight away. When I made a claim for a stolen saddle bag the cover was paid without any argument.
I needed insurance for my first proper bike because my mum said I couldn't keep riding it uninsured. The quote was cheaper than I expected and it took about five minutes online. Documents came through to my email right away so I was sorted.
Cover for my bike and my husband's e-bike is working well so far and the policy is straightforward to read. I compared three other insurers before picking Sundays and the price and cover were the best for us. The renewal went through without any fuss and the reminder came in good time.
I needed cover for my electric scooter because it got nicked from outside a flat last year. Got a quote through the site quite quickly and it was less than I thought. Documents came through by email straight after I paid so no waiting about.
I would call this a sensible policy for a bike that's used mainly at the weekends. Cover for my hybrid bike was arranged without difficulty and the cost was reasonable for what it includes. The team answered my question about the excess promptly.
I'm pleased to say the cover was arranged quickly and the policy wording is easy to follow. I found the price fair compared with other quotes I had. The schedule came through by email the same day, which was very helpful.
We needed insurance for our cargo bike once the kids started riding in the front box, and most policies didn't cover passengers. The cover here includes the box and the child seat, which was the reason we went with them. Setup took a few minutes and the paperwork was clear.
