The only small niggle was that the confirmation email took a while to arrive, so I kept refreshing my inbox for a bit. Otherwise it was simple and I didn't have to chase anyone for anything, which is what I was hoping for.
Good value for a policy like this and the cover is what I needed for my van. The app is a bit clunky though, it kept logging me out and I had to re-enter my details twice before I could upload the documents I needed to. Once I got through that the rest was fine, and I'd probably go with them again on renewal.
This was about a fiver a month cheaper than my usual insurer for the same cover on my flat, which is what made me switch. I know the product pretty well from doing my own fleet paperwork, and the terms were laid out clearly. The documents took a few days to arrive by post, which was the only thing I'd have changed.
