Got cover for my pump and sensors through the site on my phone during my lunch break. Took about ten mins, the policy came through to my email straight away. Easy to understand what's covered, no weird small print. Would use again.

Decent cover, would stick with them. It's not the cheapest I found though, a couple of comparison sites came in lower for the same level of cover, so I had to decide if the extra was worth it. For me it was, since the claim side has been straightforward so far and I know what I'm covered for. Application took about ten minutes.
The renewal reminder landed a good few weeks before the date, which I appreciated because I always forget. I've been with them for years now. The only small thing is the online account login asks me to reset my password every time I come back, which is a bit of a faff, but the cover itself has never given me any bother.
