Honestly it is a fair service and the lounge itself was comfortable enough for a few hours before our flight. The booking page kept timing out on me twice before the payment went through, which was annoying. I have used them a good few times over the years and it is usually smoother than this. The lounge was busy when we got there but we found a seat.
