Honestly one of the easiest holiday sites I've used. Found a city break for a long weekend, paid on my phone on the bus home and the confirmation email came straight away. Nothing weird, no hidden bits at checkout. Would use again.

Booked a holiday cottage in Wales through the site. Booking was fine and the price was reasonable. The problem came when I had a question about the arrival time and it took three days to get a reply from support. The cottage itself was okay, though the heating was slow to come on.
