I'd been looking at booking the Scottish coach tour direct with the operator and this was a lot simpler. The price was about the same but everything was in one place, flights, coach and hotels. First time using them and I'll be back.

My mother has been poorly this year and we needed a gentle short break that would not tire her out. We wanted something with step free access and the site listed that clearly, which was a relief. The booking took a while because the accessibility options were in a separate section. The hotel was fine and the transfers were on time.

Our daughter's school half term fell on a week when everything was expensive and we needed something that wouldn't break the bank. Found a package on here that included the coach and two nights in a guesthouse in Whitby. The booking was quick and the price was lower than the other sites we checked. The rooms were clean and the driver was friendly, so it did the job well.

This is the best way I've found to book a group trip, and we were a bit nervous as first timers. The whole thing was sorted from booking to coming home. Everything was where it said it would be and the guide was lovely.

Good value, honestly. We paid less than we would have done booking the Lake District hotel and train separately, and the price stayed the same at checkout. Only niggle is the trip is a bit early in the morning on day one, but that is hardly their fault. Would book again.

We booked the Lake District break through the site for our anniversary in May. The hotel staff were very kind and the rooms were spotless. Everything we were promised was there, so thank you.

Booked a two night Bath break with train tickets included and it saved us hunting for everything separately. The train times were right and the hotel room was a good size for the price. Paid less than I'd have paid booking each bit myself, so pleased with that.

The hotel in Llandudno was the main thing I noticed, and it was fine but a bit tired around the bathroom. We paid a little more than I'd have liked for what we got, though the coach was clean and on time. The refund for a cancelled excursion took longer than expected to reach our card. It wasn't terrible but I'd look at alternatives first.
