Booked the Austrian ski week in October, which felt early but it sold out quickly. The transfer from the airport was right on time and the chalet was warm. Easy trip, nothing to complain about.

Booked the Lisbon package on the app while waiting for a train. Flights and hotel came through in one booking which was handy. Transfer from the airport was on time and the hotel room was better than the pictures. Didn't need the rep in the end, just the app for everything.

I'd only ever booked flights and a hotel separately before, so the package felt like a bigger step. Compared with the cheap comparison sites, Titan's booking was a lot more hand holding and I got a proper confirmation pack with times and contacts. Our Lisbon week went smoothly, the transfer was waiting at arrivals and the hotel was right where the map said. Honestly I wasn't sure what to expect but I'd book again without worrying.
