Honestly sorted our stag do in Newquay, the whole lot in one booking. Group discount was decent and everyone got their own room. Lads loved it. Would book with them again no question.

Compared it with booking the hotel direct and it came out about the same once you added up what you'd actually pay, but the bundle with the train tickets saved me a bit of faff on the day. The confirmation email took a while to arrive, which I'd put down to a busy morning. Would book again for a weekend away, we stayed two nights in Harrogate and had no complaints about the room or the breakfast.

Booked a girls weekend in York through them and the site was dead easy to use. Took ages to get the room upgrade confirmed though, emailed three times. Room was lovely in the end tbh.

I've booked with them for about eight years now. Compared with going direct to the hotel chain they were a bit pricier this time for the Yorkshire Dales weekend, which I noticed when I checked. The room was comfortable and the walks were great. Breakfast was cold when we got down late and I had to ask twice for a fresh pot of tea.

We booked the seven day coach tour of the Scottish Highlands in the end. Looked at two other operators before and this one was a little dearer but included the boat trip on Loch Ness. The coach was comfortable and the driver knew his stuff. The hotel in Pitlochry was a bit further from the town centre than we'd have liked.

Used them for a hotel in Glasgow after the other site was sold out. Not a patch on the other site I normally use, the search is clunky and the photos don't match the rooms. Got stuck on the payment page twice before it went through. Room was fine but I won't be going back.

Honestly one of the best weekends I've had in ages. We booked a cottage in the Lake District for four of us, the place was spot on and the hosts left us a bottle of something nice. Booking took about five minutes on the site. Getting there was fine, the walks from the door were brilliant and the village pub was a short stroll. Would do it again.

Check in was slow because only one person was on the front desk. Ended up being alright in the end but it took a bit of sorting.

honestly the driver was waiting at arrivals with a sign with my name spelt right which I was not expecting at all. Car was clean and he helped with our bags. Booked it through the site the week before, super easy. Would go with them again for sure, saved us queuing for a taxi after a long flight.

Booked my first trip with them, a city break to Manchester. Took about ten minutes to sort out. Hotel room was clean and the staff were friendly. Good value for the money.
