The room is the same every time we come, with the big window and the little balcony, and I love that. Staff remember us now after several visits. Checking out is quick too.

We needed a base close to the hospital for my wife's treatment, as it meant short trips each day. The room was comfortable and the staff were patient when we asked about parking. The reception desk was a little slow to answer the phone on the second evening, but otherwise it did the job well.

Verdict is it's the best of the three places we looked at for a weekend in London. The others were either too far out or looked tired in the photos. Booking was quick and the room was clean and bright. Staff were friendly when we got in late.

The kitchen in our apartment had a proper induction hob, a decent knife set and a dishwasher, which is more than most short-let places bother with. We stayed four nights on a work trip and the cleaners came in mid stay without us asking. Check in was through the app and took about ten minutes. Wifi was fast enough to get on calls from the sofa, which is what I needed most.

Verdict is good stay, a bit pricey for what it is though. Booked on the app in a minute, room was clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast cost extra which annoyed me a bit.
