Booked my first ever ski trip here and I had no clue what to pick so I just followed the steps on the site. The ski lessons and hire were added in a couple of clicks and the instructions were clear enough. Got an email with everything I needed the same day, which was a relief. Didn't have to ring anyone at all.

Knowing the resorts well I compared this against the bigger tour operators and it came out cheaper for the same chalet and transfers. The flights were on time and the luggage allowance was what it said. Nothing to fault for the price.

Looked at a few sites first and this had the best price for the chalet and lift pass. The lift pass email only came a day before we flew though, which was a bit tight.

I booked the ski school lessons for my daughter through the site and it was simple enough. The confirmation came through quickly with the meeting point. The lessons were a bit more crowded than I'd hoped but the instructor was good with her and she came back grinning.

The lift pass was the first thing I looked at and it's the same price as the resort site, which I checked twice. I'd skied a fair few seasons so I didn't need the ski school, just the pass and a room near the piste. The pass came through by email with plenty of time to spare and I scanned it at the gate first go. Only real gripe is the confirmation page is a bit cluttered on a phone.

Honestly this was a good way to book a first ski trip without knowing what I was doing. The package covered lift passes, hire and the coach from the airport, and it all worked. Took a while to get the final confirmation email though, which was a bit stressful.

Needed a week away with the kids fast because half term snuck up on us and everywhere was full. Found a chalet package on the site in about ten minutes and it all went through. Only niggle was the transfer pickup took longer than they said, but the rest was fine and we got on the slopes first thing.

Compared it with two other holiday sites before booking and this was a bit cheaper for the same flights and hotel. The booking page was clear and the payment plan option was handy. Took a few days to hear back about a change of room but it got sorted.

The rep at the hotel was the best part for me, always on hand with a sorted answer. Been booking with them for years and the chalet has been the same each time. Everything ran as it should.
