Honestly they're a decent option for a short break, I've used them twice for trips to the Algarve. The base price looks good but there were extra fees at checkout that brought it up quite a bit. The hotel was spot on and the transfer was on time. Worth knowing before you go.

Needed a week away on a budget. Found a deal to Benidorm and booked it on my phone in the bus queue. Hotel was basic but clean and the price was hard to beat.

Compared them with booking the flights and hotel myself and the price came out a bit lower once everything was added up, and I've been using them for about eight years now. The holiday itself was well organised, the rep at the hotel sorted a problem with our room within the hour and we got a proper sea view in the end. Would book with them again without a second thought, we've got the next one pencilled in for spring.
