I'd been looking after my mum for two years and needed to get away properly, so I wanted something with no fuss and an easy booking. I've used Offpeakluxury for a few trips now and they're reliable. This time the hotel room wasn't ready when we arrived after a long drive and it took the reception about an hour to sort it out, which wasn't great after the day we'd had.

Booked a hostel in Brighton for a long weekend with my mates on the app. Took about two minutes, payment went through fine and the booking showed up straight away. Got the room, all good, would use again.

Got an alert on my phone that a villa in Lanzarote had dropped by like a third and I was still in bed, booked it before I'd even finished my tea. Site was quick and the confirmation came through straight away. Trip was spot on, would do it again.
