The pool at the Crete hotel was the best bit, honestly. Booking was easy and the transfer turned up on time. Only thing was the wifi kept dropping in the room.

I priced up the same hotel and flights on my own and they came out around a fifth more than the package. I was sceptical about booking a holiday through a company I hadn't used before, but the price was honest and nothing was added at the end. The hotel was clean and the return transfer was on time. For a family of four it made sense.

We needed somewhere with a kids club and a pool that wouldn't leave us frazzled, so we looked at a few options first. Compared to the other sites this one had the clearest listings for what was actually included. The week in Cyprus went smoothly and the kids are already asking to go back.

Easily the best experience we've had booking a city break. The confirmation came through with all the times and the hotel details, and when our flight was moved they rang us before we'd even seen the email. Hard to ask for more than that.

We picked the Lisbon city break with the hotel and train included, which I know well from years of travelling there. The hotel was in the right part of the old town and the train timings they gave us were correct to the minute. Nothing about the trip felt like a surprise, which is exactly what I wanted.
