The hotel in Kenya was honestly the highlight, the room had a balcony over the water and the staff remembered our names by day two. Booking was quick and the agent sent everything over in one email. Got home and immediately started looking at the next trip.

Compared with trying to piece the trip together on my own, using an agent here was much less stressful. They sorted the rail pass and the seat reservations for our trip around Italy without me having to ring round. The hotel in Florence was a little further out than I'd have liked, but the staff there were very helpful about getting in and out of the centre.
