Kiwitaxi

I book airport transfers for a living so I know the difference between a good firm and a poor one. I used Kiwitaxi to move a group of six from Heathrow to a hotel in Reading with two large cases each. The booking form asked for the luggage count which I appreciated, and the vehicle they sent was the size I had requested. The driver loaded everything without being asked and the handover was calm. Nothing to fault.

Booked a cab to the station for an early train and it came on time. The driver took a route I didn't expect and the fare was higher than I thought it would be, so I was a bit annoyed about that.

I was rather grateful to find a firm that could collect me for my hospital appointment at short notice. The booking was simple enough and the driver was most courteous, helping me with my bag to the door. I shall certainly use them again.

Would use them again for a quick ride into town, the car was clean and the driver didn't talk much which was fine by me. Booked on the app in about a minute and it turned up in five, bit of a wait at the end though because the driver couldn't find the entrance. Still good.

I tried two other apps for the trip from Bristol to Bath and this one came out a bit cheaper and the car arrived quicker. The only thing is the app kept asking me to confirm my pickup point, which got a bit annoying, but the ride itself was smooth.

Still happy enough with it.
