We booked a river cruise through them for my wife's birthday and the paperwork arrived well ahead of departure. The cabin was on the quieter side of the ship, which we had asked for, and the crew were very attentive throughout. Transfers to the port were arranged without any fuss.

We needed to get the whole family up to Scotland for a wedding and the flights alone were crazy money. Found a hotel and flight bundle on here that worked out much cheaper, and the booking page was simple enough to get through with the kids shouting in the background. Everything arrived in the email the same day. Value was clearly the reason we went with them.

Pretty happy with how this went for a first time booking a package holiday through them. The site was easy enough to navigate and I found a week in Crete for a fair price. The one thing that annoyed me was the payment reminder email arrived late and I had to chase the balance date myself. Hotel was as described and the transfers were on time, so no real complaints otherwise.

Honestly it was a good first experience for me. Booked a short break to Dublin and the payment page was clear. The only thing was the email with my e-tickets went to spam, so I had a bit of a panic at the airport.
