We have been booking holidays for thirty years and this is better than going direct to the airline and hotel separately. Having the flights and hotel in one booking meant fewer phone calls when things changed. Our hotel in Crete was exactly what we had chosen and the rep met us at the airport. We have already started planning next year's trip with them.

On the train to Edinburgh and the app let me change my hotel dates in about a minute. The price difference showed up straight away so no nasty surprises. Got a reply from the hotel within the hour. Good stuff.
