We had been looking for somewhere quiet to celebrate our fortieth and my husband's health has been poorly, so the accessible rooms mattered a great deal to us. The team on the phone were patient and went through every detail with us before we booked. The hotel was everything they promised, with a level step-free route to the dining room, and the staff could not have been more helpful. We are very grateful indeed.

We booked the country house weekend with the dinner included, which was the main reason we chose it. The staff were very helpful when we rang with a question about the lift access and the room was lovely. The only thing I'd mention is that the confirmation took a day or so to arrive, but once it did everything was in order and we'd happily go again.

Got the weekend away booked on the app in the bus queue, took about two mins. The hotel was really good, bed was comfy and the shower was proper powerful. Would use again.
