The trip itself was fine, the hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant when we rang. The price was on the high side compared with booking the same hotel direct, which I did check afterwards. The confirmation also took a couple of days to come through, which was a bit slow. We'd probably look elsewhere next time.

The hotel photos were spot on, which is what I noticed first. I'd looked at a few other places before and none of them were this accurate. Only small thing was the check in info came late the night before. Good stay though.

This is a very good way to book a holiday. We booked a week in Cornwall and everything was handled properly from start to finish, with the paperwork arriving well before we went. The accommodation was as described and the coach transfer from the station ran to time. I would not hesitate to use them again.
