I booked a standard space for our first trip to Heathrow parking and the confirmation came through straight away. The lot itself was tidy with good lighting. On the way back the shuttle took about twenty five minutes to arrive after we called, which was annoying after a long flight. Would still use them again.

The shuttle pickup times on the booking page are the bit that really matters, so read them properly. We got dropped at the right place and the driver was friendly. Just a bit of a wait on the return, nothing major.
