We booked the self guided walking package for the Lake District, which came with luggage transfers between the inns. The route notes were detailed and the maps were printed and waiting at the first stop. Price was a bit more than some others I looked at but the bags arrived each day without fail. Felt fair for what you get.

Compared to booking the cottage straight through the agent this was way quicker and I didn't have to ring anyone. Booked on my phone on the bus home and it was confirmed before I got off. Host replied to my questions within the hour too, which I wasn't expecting from a holiday site. Would use again for sure.

Booked a flat in Edinburgh on my phone on the bus, took about five minutes. Got the confirmation straight away and the keys were where they said they'd be. The only thing was the cleaning fee got added at the last step which I didn't see coming, so the total was a bit more than I expected. Otherwise no complaints and the place was clean when we got there.

The view from the cabin over the lake was the best part, we sat out with a cuppa every morning. Booking was dead simple and cheap for the time of year. Would go again tbh.

Compared to the local agents I checked, this was a fair bit cheaper for a similar cottage in the Peak District. I did get a bit fed up waiting for the confirmation email, it took a couple of days to come through and I had to chase it. Once it arrived everything was fine and the place was just as I'd hoped, so I'd go back.

The hot tub was the best bit honestly, we used it every night. Booking was super easy too and the check in info came through by text. Would go back.

Needed somewhere to go for my birthday with my girlfriend and the usual places were booked up. This one had a glamping pod in Wales still free. Booking took about five minutes and the site was easy enough to use. Pod was a bit smaller than the pics made it look though.

I'm afraid this was a disappointment for us. The lodge we booked near the Lakes was smaller than the listing suggested and the heating took ages to come on. When I raised it the reply took three days, which spoilt the start of our break. It was not what we had paid for.
